Body and Soul Spas is now a trendy, economical place that attracts many different types of clientele. They specifically take pride in the fact that they specialize in, and have mastered, the ability to accomodate groups of all types.
Whether it's a special event, or just a romantic escape, Body and Soul now entices clientele from all over the city and suburban areas. Operation Spa joined forces with them, initially, to develop protocol and employee guidelines in order to establish a chain of command within their spa. The relationship grew and continued as we developed a marketing and pricing plan to fit the vision they had for the spa. In the end, Body and Soul spa was completely transformed from the inside out.
